Overview

This website is operated under the CalmVolt brand by Yunsui (Zibo) Cross-border E-commerce Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms, “CalmVolt,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the store operator. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform used to offer our products and services.

By visiting calmvolts.com, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies referenced below. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility, account security, and accurate information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence. All account, vehicle, billing, payment, shipping, and contact information you provide must be accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not transfer or resell an account.

2. Products, compatibility, and customer selection

We make reasonable efforts to present product specifications, images, colors, materials, dimensions, fragrance descriptions, and features accurately. Screen settings, production updates, and normal manufacturing tolerances may cause minor differences that do not materially affect function.

AirCore 3/Y products are aftermarket products designed for compatible Tesla Model 3 and Model Y cabin-filter applications. Before ordering, you must confirm the exact vehicle model, model year, market, and filter configuration. A vehicle name alone does not guarantee compatibility across every year or regional configuration.

If our fitment information was accurate and the product supplied matches the customer’s selection, an incorrect model or year selection is treated as a voluntary return under our Refund Policy. This allocation does not apply when our listing, fitment data, customer-service advice, fulfillment, or product was incorrect, misleading, defective, or materially different from its description.

CalmVolt is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla, Model 3, and Model Y are trademarks of Tesla, Inc.

We may update descriptions, packaging, prices, availability, purchase limits, and non-material product details without prior notice. We may discontinue a product or limit quantities by customer, household, region, or order where reasonably necessary.

3. Orders, verification, acceptance, and cancellation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only after payment authorization and our order confirmation. We may verify identity, payment, address, quantities, or fitment information before fulfillment.

We may decline, hold, limit, or cancel an unshipped order for suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, sanctions or shipping restrictions, pricing or description error, abnormal quantities, resale concerns, product unavailability, or another legitimate business or compliance reason. If we cancel after collecting payment, we will refund the amount required by applicable law to the original payment method.

You must review fitment, quantities, fragrance selections, shipping address, and contact information before ordering. Cancellation or address-change requests are not guaranteed after payment review, picking, packing, or shipment begins.

4. Prices, payments, taxes, customs, and disputes

Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Discounts and promotions may have separate conditions and may not be combined unless stated. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment when the platform can calculate them.

Payments are processed through the method selected at checkout, which may include PayPal or another third-party provider. We do not store full payment-card details on our own servers.

Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the customer is responsible for destination-country import duties, customs fees, brokerage, taxes, and lawful government charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs review.

Nothing in these Terms restricts rights available through PayPal, a card issuer, or applicable law. We may provide transaction, product, fitment-selection, tracking, delivery, and communication evidence when responding to a payment dispute. We may pause an unshipped high-risk order while completing reasonable verification. A customer may not obtain duplicate recovery through both a direct refund and a payment dispute for the same amount.

5. Shipping, delivery, refused shipments, and delay

Shipping options and estimated transit times are described at https://calmvolts.com/policies/shipping-policy. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, severe weather, address problems, public emergencies, or events outside our reasonable control.

You must provide a complete, deliverable address and monitor tracking. If a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect, or an unjustified refusal, we may deduct only actual, documented carrier return charges, redelivery charges, or duties charged to us, to the extent permitted by law. This does not apply when return resulted from our error, transit damage, material undisclosed charges, or a material delay that gave the customer a right to cancel.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will request consent to a revised date or provide the cancellation and prompt full-refund option required by applicable law. We will not substitute a materially different product without the customer’s express agreement.

6. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations

Our Refund Policy at https://calmvolts.com/policies/refund-policy governs return requests, eligibility, authorization, return shipping, condition deductions, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations. Do not send a product to any address without our prior written authorization.

7. Installation, product use, and safety

Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s service information and all instructions supplied with the product. Confirm correct fit before installation. Do not force a part that does not fit normally. Use a qualified technician if uncertain, and do not interfere with electrical wiring, airbags, or high-voltage components.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, forced fitment, unauthorized modification, installation contrary to supplied instructions, or failure to use reasonable care. This exclusion does not apply to a product defect, incorrect instructions, our negligence, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Use AromaTabs only as directed. Keep fragrance products away from children, pets, heat, and ingestion. Discontinue use if discomfort or irritation occurs. Fragrance descriptions are subjective and do not promise a medical, therapeutic, antimicrobial, or air-disinfection result.

8. Intellectual property and permitted use

The CalmVolt name, logos, original text, graphics, product images, videos, layouts, software, and other website content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The website is provided for personal, non-commercial shopping.

Without written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, frame, republish, reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, or commercially exploit website content, product media, or brand assets, except where applicable law expressly permits it. No license is granted except the limited right to use the website in accordance with these Terms.

9. Reviews, feedback, and user content

If you submit a review, image, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is accurate, lawful, and non-infringing. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, display, and use that content for operating, improving, and promoting the store.

We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, confidential, defamatory, infringing, contains malware, or violates these Terms. We are not required to keep feedback confidential, compensate for it, or respond.

10. Third-party services and links

Shopify, payment providers, carriers, analytics providers, social platforms, and other third parties may provide parts of the service. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply. External links are provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our reasonable control.

Transactions in this store are made directly between the customer and CalmVolt. Shopify is the platform provider and is not the seller of CalmVolt products.

11. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described at https://calmvolts.com/policies/privacy-policy. Shopify and other service providers process information needed to operate the store, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, analyze performance, and provide support, subject to their applicable terms and privacy notices.

12. Prohibited uses and enforcement

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or harmful activity; interfere with security or operation; introduce malicious code; impersonate another person; collect another person’s data without authorization; evade purchase limits; or use automated methods in violation of applicable law or published access controls.

We may restrict or terminate access, cancel an unshipped order, preserve evidence, and cooperate with a payment provider or lawful authority when we reasonably believe these Terms, law, platform rules, or another person’s rights have been violated.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Products are governed by their descriptions and any express warranty stated on the product page.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CalmVolt and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential losses, including lost profit, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising from use of the website or products.

Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from a particular product or order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for that product or order. These exclusions and limits do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, mandatory product liability, statutory warranties, or any right or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Indemnity for customer-caused third-party claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify CalmVolt against a third-party claim, loss, or reasonable cost caused by your unlawful use of the website, unauthorized commercial resale or marketing, infringement of another person’s rights, material breach of these Terms, or misuse or installation contrary to supplied instructions. This obligation does not apply to the extent the claim was caused by our defect, incorrect instructions, negligence, or other responsibility under applicable law.

15. Events outside reasonable control

We are not liable for reasonable delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier interruption, customs action, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disturbance, labor disruption, utility or network failure, or government action. We will take reasonable steps to mitigate the effect and communicate material delays. If we cannot ship within the promised period, the customer may consent to a revised date or cancel for the prompt refund required by law.

16. Electronic communications and records

You agree that order confirmations, policy notices, support messages, and other transaction communications may be provided electronically to the email address or account you supply. Electronic records and signatures satisfy written-form requirements to the extent allowed by law. You are responsible for keeping your email and contact information current.

17. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website for a material breach, fraud risk, security threat, or unlawful activity. Termination does not affect payment obligations, accepted orders, accrued rights, or provisions that by their nature survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, disputes, and payment obligations.

18. Severability, no waiver, and entire agreement

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms together with the policies referenced here form the entire agreement regarding use of the website and store, except for express terms shown on a product page, checkout, promotion, or order confirmation.

19. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or an account without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate, successor, purchaser of the business, or service provider in connection with a lawful reorganization or transfer, subject to applicable law.

20. Governing law and disputes

To the extent a choice of law is permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer protections and mandatory rules on jurisdiction, disputes shall be submitted to a court with lawful jurisdiction in Zibo, Shandong, China.

Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern. Nothing in this section removes mandatory consumer rights or rights available through a payment provider or competent authority.

21. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Material changes apply from the effective date stated in the update and will not retroactively change an accepted order unless permitted by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where applicable law allows.
